The Webmaster will do the following:
Per Article III of the WSASEA By-Laws, the duties of the Webmaster are:
"The Webmaster shall be responsible for keeping & maintaining the website of the Association and the Executive Board; posting of meeting notices & such other communications on the WSASEA website as provided for in the Constitution and By-Laws; & for the performance of such other duties as are appropriate to the office or are prescribed by the Executive Board. The Webmaster is not an elected Board position. The Webmaster remains in the position until vacated by the person or deemed necessary by the Executive Board."

Upon assuming office as Webmaster, the officer will:

August
Participate in the meeting of incoming and outgoing Executive Board members. Receive meeting minutes from Secretary and Treasurer's report and post online.

September
Receive and Post Town Meeting information (including membership drive items and registration form) on the website.

October
Participate in Town Meeting. Receive meeting minutes from Secretary and Treasurer's report and post online.

January
Participate in Spring Conference planning meeting and duties. Receive meeting minutes from Secretary and post online.

February
Receive conference registration materials and schedule and post on the website.

January/March
Receive Student Employment Month proclamation from President and post on the website.

April/May
Participate in Spring Conference.
Receive annual Business Meeting minutes from Secretary and post them on website.
Receive Treasurer's report from Treasurer and post it on the website.

June/July
Post WSASEA Election outcomes on website and update Executive Board contact information.

August
Participate in meeting of incoming and outgoing board members.
