The Member-at-Large will do the following:
Per Article III of the WSASEA By-Laws, the duties of the Member-at-Large are: "The Member-at-Large shall be an assistant to the President; serve as a voting member of the Executive Board; serve as Co-Chairperson of the Nominating Committee; serve as a representative of the PR Committee; serve on such other committees as appointed."

The main duties of the Member-at-Large are defined by each Executive Board to include duties that will best help the Board succeed in their stated yearly objectives. This position is intended to help out wherever needed on the Board, and is expected to participate in all board meetings (see schedule associated with other positions). The position of Member-at-Large is elected in even years at the Spring Conference for a two-year term.

July
Assume the office of Member-at-Large.

October
Participate in Town Meeting. Arrange icebreaker and amenities for members.

January
Participate in Spring Conference planning meeting and duties.

March/April
Prepare packets for Spring Conference.Assist Vice-President and Treasurer as needed for conference planning and implementation.

April/May
Participate in Spring Conference. Responsible for conference decorations and prizes. Assist with conference needs.

August
Participate in the meeting of incoming and outgoing Executive Board members.
