???? Exhibits - Don’t forget to bring samples of reports, timesheets,
brochures, or anything that might be valuable to other institutions about how
you do your job.
??? Community Service Project – Head Start E-Cap will be our Community Service Project. Head Start is working with 78 families, 12 of which are Spanish speaking. Donation will be for children up to 5 years old. Bring any kind of books including books with diversity issues, special needs, other cultures, Spanish language, anything sequential or alphabetical. Other donations could include; puzzles, back packs for 5 year olds going to kindergarten, markers, pencils, construction paper, glue, etc.
?? Social Activities - You might want to bring your guitar if you play or any of your favorite table games. Marshmallows and chocolate for “Smores”. There is a great area to build a campfire. There is a big screen TV provided with a VCR for movies. Bring movies you might want to share with the group. You can bring some snacks to share; chips, dip, cookies, cheese, whatever. There are two refrigerators that we are able to use to store our goodies. We can set our snacks out between sessions and meals or in the evening during a movie!
? Don’t forget your towels and personal items. Dress casually; this is
a rustic setting!
